What began as a one-man venture has evolved into a thriving business with a team of skilled diesel mechanics, dedicated apprentices, and additional support staff.
Our Journey of Excellence
Originally focused on Caterpillar expertise, Performance Diesels soon became New Zealand's first Goughs service dealer and later the country's first TEPS dealer for Caterpillar.
Building on this success, we expanded our horizons and became Parts and Service dealers for UD Trucks and Scania in 1993, harnessing cutting-edge technology from the US, Europe, and Japan to strengthen our core business.
